Well, you should add that the 5% who bought 51% of the lottery tickets never got them and got broke. hahahaha. Very interesting facts about money indeed.

Sadly, no one in the Philippines care if the bill is crisp or not since a crisp bill, when circulated, gets wrinkled a lot when passed on to street vendors and the like.
